Cumberland County part: Cooke, Dickinson, Penn, Shippensburg, South Newton and Southampton townships and Shippensburg Borough (Cumberland County portion). The same two candidates met in a March 17, 2026 special election for the rest of the current term, which Catherine Wallen won; this race is for the full two-year term starting in December 2026.
