Covers all of Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Fannin, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood counties. An independent filing by Steve Clugston appears in the Secretary of State's candidate portal, but he is not on the final ballot certification.
