All of Galveston and Orange counties; part of Jefferson County (about 56% of its residents: Port Arthur, Nederland, Groves, Port Neches and part of Beaumont); part of Brazoria County (about 33% of its residents: part of Pearland, part of Alvin, Manvel and Iowa Colony); part of Fort Bend County (about 8% of its residents: part of Missouri City and part of Pearland). The Secretary of State also lists this race for Chambers County, but the Texas Legislative Council's county report for PlanC2333 puts none of Chambers County's residents in the 14th District.
