What this office does: The three commissioners run Jefferson County Public Utility District No. 1, the public electric, water and broadband utility, and set its rates.

Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County. Only District 2 voters nominate in the primary; voters of the entire PUD elect the commissioner (RCW 54.12.010). The PUD's own site was not reachable to confirm its boundary.
