What this office does: The three commissioners run Public Utility District No. 1 of Klickitat County (Klickitat PUD), the county's public utility, and set its rates.

The ballot calls it Commissioner Pos. 3 (commissioner district 3). Nominated by district in the primary; the whole PUD, which is countywide (its registered-voter count equals the county's), votes in the general (RCW 54.12.010).
