What this office does: The recorder keeps Hurricane's official records and minutes and is a voting member of its council.

On the HURRICANE CITY BALLOT section of Putnam County's sample ballot (Precincts 5, 7, 8, 9, 42, 44 and 45); municipal races print no party.
