Andy Fagan grew up on an upstate dairy farm and graduated from Cornell University. He spent 31 years with Cornell Cooperative Extension, including as executive director of its Tioga and Chemung county associations, and was interim executive administrator of the Food Bank of the Southern Tier in 2023.
