Background for Andy Laughlin

In his first term as Steuben County's North District commissioner, he was previously a Steuben County building inspector and the facilities and maintenance director for the New Haven-Adams Township Parks and Recreation Department. He serves on the Region 3-A regional development board and the Indiana Association of County Commissioners board.
