U.S. Representative for Westchester and part of the Bronx; he was Westchester County Executive from 2018, after serving on the Rye City Council, the Westchester County Board of Legislators (as its chairman), the state Assembly and the state Senate. Earlier he was a marketing executive for more than 20 years.
