District judge for Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton and Robertson counties since Gov. Andy Beshear appointed him in November 2025 to succeed retiring Judge Charles W. Kuster. Before that he had his own law practice in Cynthiana, and he earned his law degree at Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law.
