Jonathan Rivera has represented the 149th Assembly District (parts of Buffalo, Lackawanna and Hamburg) since 2021 and chairs the Administrative Regulations Review Commission. A lifelong Buffalo resident, he previously worked for Congressman Brian Higgins, HSBC Bank and Erie County government.
