Background for Joseph W. Kirby

Judge of the Warren County Probate-Juvenile Court since Gov. John Kasich appointed him in 2013. He was previously a Warren County Court judge (appointed 2005) and a juvenile court magistrate, and served 22 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
