Louis Cappelli, Jr. was first elected to the Camden County Board of Commissioners in 2003 and has been its director since 2006. He is an attorney and a partner in the law firm Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt & Cappelli, and earlier served on the Collingswood school board and as a Collingswood borough commissioner.
