Background for Marianne T. Hemmeter

Appointed by Gov. Mike DeWine to the Delaware County Common Pleas Court, General Division, in December 2024, she took office in February 2025 after 10 years as a Delaware Municipal Court judge. She was earlier a special prosecutor with the Ohio Attorney General's office and a Delaware County assistant prosecutor.
