Background for Patrick Carroll

Elected to the Assembly in November 2024 after serving on the Clarkstown Town Council from 2017 to 2024. An attorney since 2008, he was legal counsel to the Rhode Island Department of Corrections and graduated from Wesleyan University and Northeastern Law School.
