She is Deputy State Prosecutor in the Maryland Office of the State Prosecutor and previously was an assistant state's attorney in Baltimore City and chief of staff to the chair of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee. She clerked on Maryland's Appellate Court and worked in the NYPD's Counterterrorism Division.
