Background for Tyler S. Frazier

District judge for Madison and Clark counties since Gov. Andy Beshear appointed him in July 2025 after Judge Charles W. Hardin retired; his fellow district judges chose him as chief district judge in early 2026. He was previously Richmond's city attorney and a felony prosecutor, and earned his law degree at Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law.
