Background for Vince Rozier, Jr.

Wake County superior court judge who won this seat in the 2018 election; he became a Wake County district court judge in 2006 and was earlier a Wake County prosecutor. In 2010 he was appointed the first ombudsman to the State Bureau of Investigation.
