Background for Wayne Blevins

Lieutenant with the Washington County Sheriff's Department, which he joined as a reserve deputy in 1995 before becoming a merit deputy in 2001 after graduating from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. He says he also has experience in fire, EMS and as a deputy coroner.
