Voted against HB 2650's data center tax-break standards; voted for HB 2496's local zoning pause.

HB 2650 would require data centers receiving tax breaks to meet standards on energy, local communication, jobs and the environment or repay abated taxes (passed the House 134-68). HB 2496 lets municipalities impose a 180-day pause on data center applications (passed 201-1).
