Opposes the Education Freedom Account program

Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?" Written answer: “Sending public tax dollars to private schools is outrageous, especially when the majority of those taking advantage of this program were ALREADY paying their own way at private schools. This is another assault on public education.”
