Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should New Hampshire reinstate the interest and dividends tax?" Written answer: “This money was taxed as income before it was invested. It is already subject to broker fees. Many retired and elderly count on this interest and dividends to survive. They are the most likely to be severely penalized.”
