Supports state efforts to ease local zoning for housing

Answered "For" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should the state do more to encourage municipalities to remove zoning barriers to housing development?" Written answer: “Housing Affordability is my top concern, we desperately need to increase supply in the state. Currently Concord has a 0.4% vacancy rate which is driving up costs and forcing folks out of the city.”
