Supports stricter gun control laws

Answered "For" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should NH pass stricter gun control laws?" Written answer: “There should be sensible, reasonable laws guiding gun ownership. Just as people take driver's education and have to pass written and actual driving test, such guidelines should be in place for owning firearms. And I would encourage thorough background checks.”
