Supports a state cap on school budget increases

Answered "For" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should state law cap how much local school districts can increase their budget each year?" Written answer: “I am for this but it should be up to the local voters. I wish more people would show up to these two school meetings instead of looking for the state to make this happen.”
