Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should New Hampshire reinstate the interest and dividends tax?" Written answer: “The tax is gone, and I don't think the answer to any budget question is reaching back for a tax people have already planned around. I'd rather hold the line on spending than reinstate it.”
