Supports reinstating the interest and dividends tax

Answered "For" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should New Hampshire reinstate the interest and dividends tax?" Written answer: “The repeal of the Interest and Dividends Tax primarily benefited New Hampshire residents with significant investment income. My concern is that when the state eliminates a revenue source without replacing it, especially one that brings in a hundred million dollars.”
