Supports reinstating the interest and dividends tax

Answered "For" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should New Hampshire reinstate the interest and dividends tax?" Written answer: “NH lost between $150 million and $180 million in annual revenue removing the interest and dividends tax. That revenue burden was passed onto local municipalities, who are forced to raise property taxes to make up for it.”
