Opposes the Education Freedom Account program

Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?" Written answer: “Money going to EFAs should be going into our public education system. Private school and home school are not public institutions and therefore should not receive public funding.”
