Supports the Education Freedom Account program

Answered "For" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?" Written answer: “As long as high schoolers can't read Mark Twain or do basic mental math, I'm in favor of supporting viable alternatives to public school.”
