Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should state law cap how much local school districts can increase their budget each year?" Written answer: “It is beyond farce for the state to force local districts to pay more than their fair share of schooling costs and then tell them they cannot actually raise the money necessary to do so.”
