Opposes the Education Freedom Account program

Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?" Written answer: “The EFA program has evolved from the original intent to provide for families with limited resources to now providing vouchers to families with no limit on income.”
