Opposes a state cap on school budget increases

Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Should state law cap how much local school districts can increase their budget each year?" Written answer: “If the state were living up to its school funding promise, then the state may have that call. As it is, the district has to do what the district has to do. Step up NH, and fully fund!”
