Opposes the Education Freedom Account program

Answered "Against" on the Citizens Count 2026 issue survey question: "Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?" Written answer: “This program is yet another way to deplete public education. Even more importantly, it requires little or no accountability for the required education necessary to graduate from High School and attend accredited post secondary schools.”
