His answer to GGWash's question on where 210 new homes could go; he also answered that the ANC has enough homes. He did choose the statement that enabling more homes matters more than preserving neighborhood character, supported allowing an additional home per lot in R and RF zones, and wrote that apartments should generally be legal, with exceptions for historic blocks far from transit.
