Sponsored call to remove chairs who ignore special-meeting requests

Adopted 4–2 on June 17, 2026, the resolution asks the DC Council to amend the Advisory Neighborhood Commissions Act so that a chairperson who fails to call a duly requested special meeting within the legal deadline is removed as chair.
