Voted against Bridge District hotel zoning without benefits agreement

ANC 8A voted unanimously on Sept. 8, 2026 against Redbrick LMD's zoning application for Parcel 7 of the Bridge District (a planned 160-room hotel), citing the lack of a community benefits agreement (The Wash).
