Senate Bill 1076 (2025-26 session), filed to bar Rocky Mount from moving electric revenue to other city funds; she is its first-listed primary sponsor. The House added a ratepayer advisory committee as a compromise, the Rocky Mount Telegram reported; ncleg.gov lists it as S.L. 2026-27.
