Voted to put the sales tax increase to voters.

Ordinance 26-1146 (the Goodlettsville Investment Act) calls the Nov. 3 referendum on raising the city's local option sales tax by a half penny. Tinnin was among the 5-0 majority on first reading (June 11, 2026) and the 4-0 majority on second reading (June 23).
