Sponsored bill exempting private parties from recognizing same-sex marriages.

House Bill 1473 (114th General Assembly). It states that private citizens and organizations are not bound by Obergefell v. Hodges; its last action (Feb. 23, 2026) reads "Received from House, Passed on First Consideration".
