Sponsored law requiring foreign land buyers to report to state

Prime sponsor of HB0219 in the 114th General Assembly (2025-2026). Enacted; took effect July 1, 2025. Buyers must also file their federal Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act report with the state commissioner of agriculture.
