Sponsored 2022 law adding a Daviess County family court judge.

HB 214 (2022) added circuit judges in five circuits, including the 6th, and asked that they be designated family court divisions; signed by the governor April 8, 2022 (Acts Ch. 129). His campaign site describes it (as "HB 214 (2024)") as creating a second Daviess County family court judgeship.
