Co-led budget amendments cutting about $6 million in borrowing

As Budget Committee chair he negotiated the council's 2026-27 amendments, which trimmed debt-funded capital spending (including the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, from $15 million to $10 million) and added park maintenance and $3 million for housing programs.
