The Pharmacists Fight Back Act, introduced with Reps. Jake Auchincloss and Diana Harshbarger, would tie pharmacy reimbursement to the National Average Drug Acquisition Cost and bar pharmacy benefit managers from steering patients to affiliated pharmacies.
