Voted to begin withdrawing from the Mid-States Corridor RDA

The council approved the first reading of the withdrawal ordinance 6-1, with Councilwoman Deena Lewis the lone no vote; Stallman said that if the corridor project proceeds, the county should keep a strong voice in it.
