City of Greensburg Charter Amendment: City Administrator Residency

Shall City of Greensburg Charter Section C-37 be amended to remove and strike Subsection C-37(d), which requires that the City Administrator be a resident of the City of Greensburg.

City of Greensburg Charter Amendment: Fiscal Director Residency

Shall City of Greensburg Charter Section C-43 be amended to remove and strike Subsection C-43(d), which requires that the City Fiscal Director be a resident of the City of Greensburg.

City of Greensburg Charter Amendment: Fire Chief Title

Shall City of Greensburg Charter Section C-31 be amended to remove and strike the language “Chief of the six (6) fire companies” and replace the same with the “Chief of the Greensburg Volunteer Fire Departments”.

City of Greensburg Charter Amendment: Competitive Bidding

Shall City of Greensburg Charter Section C-80 be amended or remove and strike the same and replace it as follows: §C-80. Competitive Bids Required. All contracts shall be competitively bid in accordance and compliance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Third Class City code and other applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
