The question, as printed on the ballot

A renewal of 2.1 mills and an increase of 1.0 mills for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Ashland County for the purpose of the operation of Dale-Roy programs and facilities by the Ashland County Board of Developmental Disabilities that the county auditor estimates will collect $4,704,229 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3.1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $77 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 3 years, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews 2.1 mills and adds 1.0 mill (3.1 mills total) for 3 years for Dale-Roy programs and facilities of the county developmental disabilities board.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal and increase.
