Shall the Township of Madison have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the township, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements for the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes Madison Township to aggregate retail natural gas loads in the township and buy natural gas for them, with automatic enrollment unless a person opts out.
A “No” vote means
A no vote withholds that authority.
On the Madison Township precinct ballots (MAD A, D, E, G, I and O) and the MAN 1-D splits 0130/1 and 0130/7.
