Covers Allegheny County's northern, western and some eastern suburbs, including Ross, Shaler, McCandless, Hampton, Moon, Robinson, Mt. Lebanon, Scott, Penn Hills, Wilkinsburg, Fox Chapel, the Allegheny Valley and Ohio River communities, plus part of Swissvale. Also includes all of Beaver County. Pittsburgh is not in this district.
