What this office does: A member of the U.S. House of Representatives votes on federal laws, taxes and spending on behalf of the district.

Entirely within the City of Philadelphia (on the 23 ballot splits beginning "3-"). On the city's ballots it takes in all of State House districts 10, 188, 190, 192, 194, 200 and 201, parts of 175, 181, 182, 184, 185, 186, 191, 195 and 198, and parts of State Senate districts 4 and 8. The incumbent, Dwight Evans, is not running; there is no Republican nominee.
